Steven Roark - Steven is a former Wall Street Investment Banking Executive with 25 years of project finance experience having finished his investment banking career with BB&T Scott & Stringfellow (now Truist Financial Corp NYSE:TFC), and 9 years of real estate development experience. He has expertise across many sectors and project types, and he has creatively underwritten, financed and developed 'performance based' projects as well as public-private partnership (P3) projects. With a background in both project finance and development, he is able to approach every opportunity from a balanced 'value-add' perspective. He is a graduate of Valdosta State University with a BBA degree in Marketing and Finance. Steven currently resides in New York City with his wife, and they divide their time between residences in New York, England, and Wisconsin.

Sam Statz (LEED AP BD+C) - Sam brings more than 25 years of industry experience and a wealth of expertise in construction services and project management. He is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®) Accredited Professional, and he is also a member of the Associated General Contractors of Wisconsin. Sam has built a successful career in the design and construction profession by delivering innovative and quality-built facilities and ensuring client satisfaction. His vast project experience is highlighted by his work with River Crest Elementary School, the first LEED for Schools Gold certified public elementary school in Wisconsin, and the Cenacle Sisters convent and retreat center in New York, which was awarded LEED Gold certification. Sam is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Stout with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, and a sustainable design and construction expert invited to speak and write on the subject multiple times. Sam currently resides in Appleton with his wife and 4 children.

Joe Truehart - Joe has more than 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Joe provides expert input on cost estimating, feasibility, and constructability, and he is responsible for overseeing the firm's estimating, scheduling, and project delivery efforts. Detailed and focused, Joe takes a holistic approach to projects, working to ensure that conceptual plans balance programmatic, phasing, and financial considerations. Joe is the current board president for the non-profit Rebuilding Together Fox Valley. He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Joe currently resides in Appleton with his wife and 2 children.

Steve Wille (LEED AP PMP) - Steve has more than 30 years of vertical construction and project development experience, having specialized in the areas of sales, project management, and construction management. The consummate doer-seller, he is expertly skilled in project development responsibilities such as project management, cost estimating, construction supervision, site selection assistance, municipal negotiations and approvals, and life cycle cost analysis collaborating with clients to deliver a development ideally suited to meet the clients’ objectives. Having worked across the USA for many years, Steve brings value by first understanding the goals of the client, then tailoring, organizing, and managing professional services to meet those goals. He is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®) Accredited Professional and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute (PMI). Steve currently resides in Appleton, has three grown children, and lives with his wife and two dogs.
