We understand that many project sponsors have limited pre-development funds and limited access to the capital markets due to fiscal constraints. For qualified projects, we contribute internal and affiliate resources towards the early-stage pre-development and pre-construction requirements - upfront and at no initial cost to the client - which lessens the burdensome capital outlay requirement of having to pay third-party providers for services in advance. This value proposition advances the project to the point in time where investors and lenders will commit to funding the project.

We recognize the importance of creating assumptions and key inputs for inclusion within project development budgets and financial proforma statements to pre-determine if a project is feasible, and we contribute to these activities as a valued partner to assist with the critical early stage decision-making process of determining whether or not to continue with a project.
